Oi is an internet provider company focused on being a leader in optical fiber connections and digital solutions that improve the lives of people and companies in Brazil. Oi is the leading operator in most of municipalities in Brazil, being the leader in more than 450 cities.
This campaign’s goal was to introduce "Oi e-Care", Oi's digital customer service platform, which includes: app, virtual expert, artificial intelligence and WhatsApp's support, the leading messaging app in Brazil.
This campaign’s goal was to introduce "Oi e-Care", Oi's digital customer service platform, which includes: app, virtual expert, artificial intelligence and WhatsApp's support, the leading messaging app in Brazil.
We created four films with an aesthetic that combines the look of the app screen and a minimalist setting. In the films, the hostess alternates between the virtual and real environments, symbolizing the proximity between Oi's digital service and its customers.
